Excell Corporation has been awarded from Hino Motors, Ltd. (Hino Trucks) the Technical Development Excellence Award for 2018. Our product using blow molding method has been highly evaluated as achieving better product competitiveness in the customer's vehicles.
Our product achieved significant decrease in the amount of intake air resistance and water suction by inserting a board for space separation inside the blow molded part.
Excell will continue putting ceaseless effort in developing new technical methods to meet customer needs and expectations.

On Aug. 29, 2013, Excell USA Inc. was given the 2013 "GM Supplier Quality Excellence Award" from General Motors by meeting their quality criteria and demonstrating high level quality performance from July 2012 through June 2013. The award was given for the second consecutive year.

Excell Corporation received the award of "Excellency for Technological Development Prize" in the fiscal year 2012 from Hino Motors, Ltd. Hino Motor evaluated Excell's high level of technology and judged our part molded by utilizing molding method made an important contribution to the improvement of productive competitiveness.
Our unique idea made it possible to build a complicated inner structure, by which we could achieve homogenous distribution of flow velocity at the air inlet and drastic reduction of pressure loss.
We will make further efforts to meet important customers' needs and requests through our further excellent blow molding technologies.

Our MES-EXCHANGE® Blow Molding and Multi-Functional Exchange® Blow Molding are introduced in the book "Plastic Automotive Parts - Understanding the Present Situations and near future Trends from 90 Case Studies" written by Mr. Masao Iwano, Manager of Plastic Technology & Business Development Laboratory
As case studies of the resinification of parts inside the engine room, the following 2 examples of our technologies are introduced.
- Air Intake Pipe produced by using MES-EXCHANGE® Blow Molding has realized a lighter and more cost efficient part
- Air Intake Pipe Module integrated with Resonator produced by using Multi-functional Exchange® Blow Molding has reduced the number of parts and assembly processes, made the part lighter and more cost efficient.
Excell will continue our efforts to develop new technologies to meet customers' demands as a pioneer of such Exchange® plastic parts.

SIA's Supplier Meeting was held on March 5, and on that occasion, a letter of appreciation and plaque were granted for "Exceptional Production Support".
This is in recognition of our efforts to meet the very challenging demand from SIA in 2009 and our contribution to SIA's sales.
