We will advance our global expansion to deliver products that leverage Excell’s technology—such as noise-reduction components and solutions that improve fluid efficiency— engaging senses of users worldwide through mobility.

The importance of environmental initiatives is accelerating rapidly in response to global warming and resource depletion. Excell is also advancing its switch to CO₂-free energy and strengthening its decarbonization efforts. Furthermore, to build a society that recycles finite resources, we are committed to manufacturing products with high environmental value, such as utilizing recycled materials in our products and designing resin products for easier recycling.

Amid various societal changes such as technological advances and a shrinking workforce, we must transition to automated and labor-saving manufacturing in the future. We are working on technology adoption and product design to break away from traditional craftsmanship-based manufacturing and realize smart processes and factories through the utilization of digital data, the development of digital talent, and process automation.
